  Positive comments are still being made about Zacki's Ancient Mediterranean Meal and program - What Would Jesus Eat (WWJE)!!
  
  Surprisingly, we went TOTALLY ON FAITH with this program, read no reviews nor talked with those who had used it. We simply knew Zacki had a great reputation with food, her Internet site gave good background info, and we liked the WWJE topic for our church luncheon for 57 guests. Our Feb. 12 date was just before Lent began, so that was excellent timing.
  
  Comments from a number of guests: kitchen assistants benefited from being with Zacki and Linda during prep ... food was flavorful, well prepared, more than enough, and colorfully presented ... leftovers were tasty cold ... melons were delicious for being out of season ... simply elegant table decorations with our inherited linen napkins and Zacki's suggestion of magnolia, herbs, and white candles ... best hummus ever - even those who do not normally like it ate Zacki's ... unique experience ... bulgur wheat was a new taste/texture for some ... little food was left on the plates ... Jesus Bread was a great hit and disappeared quickly ... pomegranates and figs were attractive treats
  
  The program of slides and script following the luncheon was very informative and interesting; the slides were colorful and of professional quality. Having the program after the luncheon gave meaning to foods we had just eaten.

  I have had Zacki's food on multiple occasions and each time it has been delicious. Her dedication shows in many ways, from how she interacts with her clients, to her presentation. She always goes the extra mile.
