  I ordered our new phones online with Verizon and I wanted to return an assessory I bought - still in box. The girl that waited on me was not happy - said "I bet they told you that so we have to take the hit for the return." I told her I don't give a rats butt about their internal arguments and she refunded my account for the purchase. Very unprofessional.
