  Currently in the middle of a clean-up so I'll update review later if needed, but I'm already impressed with the team of individuals who have been coming by regularly to check on the progress of the dry-out/tear-out phase. Due to a few factors beyond anyone's control, the final repair work may not be able to happen until after the holidays but they were kind enough to respond to my request to set up my washer/dryer for use in the meantime. It's also very helpful that they are interfacing directly with my insurance company during clean-up. This is a friendly group of individuals who care about their customers and the quality of their work.
