  This company came recommended from a friend who used Rudy's service. The initial call went great, Rudy was quick to answer and almost immediately came out to my home for measurements about 40 minutes after getting off the phone. Following the measurements, I was informed a quote would be coming via email in the coming days. I was even ready to go forward even without the quote. However, after that - communication was almost non-existent. I had to call back and numerous times with no answer. Several days later again, I was able to make contact and got an email requesting my address and phone number even though he already had that information when Rudy came out for measurements. I was then told the next email I'd get was the quote - nothing came. I called again, and Rudy said one of his employees would be emailing the quote to me. Still never got it. At this point I have given up out of concern Rudy (a great guy that he is) has taken on more work load than he can handle. I've gone through another company now. 3 stars for great recommendation and initial response, but missing 2 stars for communication issues and not following through.
