  Prime Cleaners is the best dry cleaners in Durham period. My wife and I were in the drycleaning business in Durham for 15 years. We know the laundry business inside and out. To say that we are persnickety about our drycleaning is an understatement. We carry our clothes to Prime Cleaners weekly and we are always blown away by the quality! Their level of clothes finishing is world class!! Also, they have awesome tailoring services that are performed at incredible prices. As for the other review that says they wash their clothes...simply not true. They clean EVERY garment with respect to the manufacturers recommendations for care period. Trust me when I tell you to go to Prime Cleaners and you will be happy!!

  My coat was pre-owned. I took it here for dry cleaning there was a ton of hair strands on it. It looked and smelled the same after I picked it up and I was charged $16. They would not repeat the cleaning free of charge.
