  I dig their beer to the max. And there ain't no hostess with menus seating you in a waiters section trying to get you to run up a huge tab noshing on appetizers and entrees, nor handing you a wine list or serving shots of liquor. There's a hipster bartender pouring you a delicious glass of craft beer brewed twenty feet behind the open bar in huge gleaming stainless steel tanks. As a former brewmaster this unique approach to the art, and despite all the science involved brewing and serving craft beer is an art, is exactly what appeals to me. I think it may to you as well.
