  I had not been into a pawn shop in many years. I had a great experience and the customer service was fantastic. I purchase some electronics and one accessory did not work. Christopher Smith was my contact and was extremely professional and proactive in ensuring I was more than happy. I was more than made whole so I could replace the accessory. Really a great customer service experience and I will look forward to doing business there again.

  I met this awesome young lady by the named of Karina here. Oh my God her personality is so amazing. Not only did she have great service but, she gave me a great deal on some old Super Nintendo games. What more can I say, I'm a happy guy. Thank you friend.
