  I own a small construction company and our Dodge Diesel broke down on the interstate. Mike's transmission was able to help me out and replace the transmission. I did have a problem once replaced and they worked with me to get my truck from out of state back to them to do the repair. They have great customer service and I would highly recommended them! They stand behind their work and offer a great price as well!

  Called to ask if they could rebuild a manual transmission, specified the make and model of the vehicle as well as the model of my transmission, and was told it could be done no problem. Dropped the transmission off the next day and was told I would be called within a week to pick it up. A week went by with no response so I called to ask the status, was told that it turns out they can't fix it. When I asked why I was told "Parts for manual gearboxes are expensive and difficult to find these days." When I asked what parts were broken I was given the run around, and that "it's already back together" so they weren't sure. Very different from the confident "no problem" I was given when I called the first time. Picked it up and brought it to a different shop the next day, I suggest you do the same and don't even bother with Mike's.
