  My wife and children live here. They are liars, cheaters, and try and take advantage of you. They told my wife that her apartment was upgraded, that's a boldfaced lie, the appliances are from the late 90's. It's 2017, 3
  20 something years old is not an upgrade. The counters and cabinets are old and dirty, counters even are damaged. The paint is new, paint is the responsibility of the landlord and is NOT considered to be upgrading. It's a necessity. I am asking around, cuz honestly I feel as though she could sue, get out of lease, and get a 100% refund on everything. App fee included. Steer clear of this place, as they even lie about what is available.

  I LOVE MY APARTMENT! I moved here after graduating college while studying for my 2nd degree. Brittany and Kim (the community manager) are always helpful and friendly. My neighbors are awesome too. Even though this community is kid friendly, I appreciate how the playgrounds are on both sides of the property but far enough that it doesn't interrupt my enjoying my home. I was totally shocked on how large my 1 bedroom home is! It has AMAZING SPACE! I cant say enough great things about this place. I've had NO ISSUES living here! Brittany is the BEST!
