  I once witnessed a manager here chewing out an employee simply because she had to ask and clarify what a customer's order was. It made me very uncomfortable, and made me worry about how management treats their employees at this location. I avoided returning for months after that, but I do go back now because I like Jersey Mike's and it's the closest location to where I live.
