  Home Depot has really stepped it up. I actually think they could take the reins from Lowe's if they keep it up. They seem to stock so much more than Lowe's does. I am a customer that once hated homedepot. So they really had to impress me to make me change my mind.

  Fully staffed with idiots. There are not enough competent people to help you and the checkout lanes are disasters. It’s easier and faster to go to Lowe’s, even though their prices are higher.
  
  Also, if you’re that short staffed, go out and hire the bums begging for money at the entrance to the store. Everybody wins.
