  After taking both of my children out of school, my mom took them to see Dr. Gadol as new patients. She would not see them because I wasn't there to sign paperwork. I called and gave verbal permission, said I would come in later to sign (I had a work meeting I could not miss), or would send a an email with the form signed and then come in later. They would not accept any of those options and refused to see my children. It took us nearly 3 months to get an appointment. No one told us this was a requirement when we made the appointments and told them my mom would be bringing them in. Terrible terrible customer service. They lost 4 new patients as a result.
