  If I could change my rating to zero stars I would. I received an email indicating that some of my clothes needed to be picked up or they would be donated to charity by a specified deadline. I responded by saying I would pick them up and I received confirmation. Despite going to pick up the items BEFORE the deadline, I was informed that they had already been sent away by mistake. Right after this, I sent an email asking for a remedy to the situation and I never heard back. I even went back to the store to pick up a check and asked for a resolution and they had nothing to say nor did they try to help me. This business will only cut you a check if you have a certain amount. Their policies and the level of customer service are unfavorable to the client. I will no longer be doing business here.
