  I was able to get an appointment immediately, even as a new patient. The office staff was very friendly and well organized. After about a 30-minute wait, I was taken to a clean examination room. The nurse was very professional and thorough, while reviewing my paperwork. Dr. Scales came in promptly and introduced himself. He listened carefully to my symptoms, and was clear and helpful while explaining the diagnosis. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He was also mindful of pricing by providing me with three generic prescriptions. Upon checkout I found the cost of the visit to be reasonable. I've never left a physician review before, but my experience with Dr. Scales and staff was exceptional.
