  I needed new tires and my last batch from Discount Tires did not last through the manufacturer's warranty. DT honored the warranty for the 3 eligible tires, no questions asked, and I received a prorated refund to put towards my 4 new tires. My tires were replaced even faster than estimated (45 minutes max) despite it being a busy Saturday.
  
  I was treated with kindness and respect and observed the associates displaying integrity throughout the business transaction. A small mistake was made on the original bill, which I probably would not have caught, but they brought it to my attention and refunded me the difference.
  
  I've purchased my last 3 sets of tires from DT and would highly recommend them, and this location in particular, to anyone in need of friendly, reliable, efficient service.
