  For the over 55 and VERY active. The people at this Del Webb community are among the top shelf. The nicest, friendliest and most kind people. These folks can also partay.
  The houses range from 2200 sq feet to must-buy-a-scooter to get from room to room. The pricing is a little steep but well worth the value.
