  HORRIBLE. I went to get pretzel bites. I pointed at the case and said I would like plain bites. The cashier rung me up before getting the pretzels. As I have my debit card in the chip reader he gives me the largest sized pretzel bites. I tell him I do not want a size that big, I had no idea there was more than one size. As my receipt prints out he says well you just payed for it! and chuckles. I was so disappointed. He then told me next time ask for a small size. ? MOST EMPLOYEES WILL ASK WHAT SIZE YOU WANT WHEN BUYING ANYTHING. If I asked for a drink would he not ask me what size I want? Why would the assumption be I want the large size? Come on. This was horrible, previously I have shopped at this location and they ALWAYS ask what size I want in everything. For whatever reason he did not ask and i spent more money and was not offered a refund or anything. He looked at the person behind me and asked what he could get them. I Southpoint has the worse pretzels ever. I will never shop here again. He was rude and I am disappointed.

  It's sad to see employees blatantly hiding in order to not serve customers because they close in 30 minutes. If you wanted to not serve someone, maybe you should adjust your public hours accordingly.
