  We rented an apartment in Durham through Acorn + Oak and in our 15+ years of renting we've never had a better experience with property managers in the past than we did with them. They were consistently professional and thoughtful in their conduct and speech. Communication was fluid and if we had a problem they were attended to with cheerful expedience. Michelle, Jeffrey, and the rest of the crew are on top of their game. I highly recommend them.
