  To preface, this review is based solely on the poor communication practices of Abra Body & Glass and does not at the moment reflect their quality of work on vehicle repair.
  
  My fiance had to bring her car in due to some damage to the body around her wheel well. After going through her insurance and speaking directly with the staff at Abra Body & Glass she was given a quote of THREE days in which they would have her car complete. Three days passed and had not received a call. She then called them and was told that it would take another 2 days to have her car to her. Another 2 days passed and still had not received a call. She called them yet again, and was told her car would not be done until next week "as they were still waiting on her ordered parts" but "they would move her car in front of a couple other pending vehicles". She waited another 5 days and received a call from them, however, they left no voicemail (which is completely unprofessional)so she called back and they told her that it was not done, however, that it will "be done by end of day on Tuesday" We are currently on 12 days in which they have had her car and it is still not done, after a quote of 3 days originally. To their credit, they did offer to put her in a rental car for the remainder of her car being in the shop, however, could have been avoided entirely, had we been given an accurate estimate of the time of the job being completed. She should, hopefully have the car back tomorrow evening.
  
  I've never wasted my time writing a review as this is my first ever google review. And I cant speak on the quality of work they do, as we haven't gotten the car back yet (it may be great and worth 5 stars). However, thought it somewhat necessary to mention how poor the communication has been on their part. And with her working 40 hours and going to school another 20 hours, this has become an inconvenience in her life.

  This is the worst auto service I've ever had. They charged about $100 more than they quoted, and they denied their initial quote completely. Both this shop and the whole Abra corporate system are irresponsible; anyone tried to evade their duty. Moreover, after the car body's fix, I immediately had a flat tire on my way home. What a bad shop!
