  We went there to open the checking account. The representative there helped us a lot. Even though we ended up not opening the account there, I liked their service.

  Stranded by my bank of 14 years. Ran out of gas while out of town and realized I left my wallet at home. I had no idea that the bank will not release my own money to me without id under any circumstances. I have all of my banking information. They say it's to protect my account, but I'm sure no teller can determine the difference between a faked id or real one. Makes no good sense.
