  It is a simple basic affordable gym that I can get in and get out. There is no nightclub atmosphere and no judgement of one another evident based on clientele. Has a large range of free weights, machines, area, strongman (tires, chains, farmers walk...), cardio and classroom options. Super friendly and understanding staff with free child care onsite (hours: 9-12pm and 3-6pm). I encourage one to try the free trial to make their own assessment.
