  I love this UPS. Manager Maury and the other senior staff are always professional, knowledgeable, and helpful to me. Their poster printing service truly has a turn around within hours, which is the best thing for grad students. They obviously know their customers and continue to adjust their hours and services to better serve us. Never a bad experience here - not sure what other reviews are talking about.

  Don't have anything shipped here. This place is a racket and will charge $10-$25 in addition to the ups handling fee just to claim your package. No explanation for it other than "owner's discretion" (ie: the owner is greedy and loves a good mafia tactic).
