  the dentist is good but the office personnel totally incompetent
  they can't even contact you insurance carrier. I have a new policy
  wit Amer Reb and they only go info on the old one which is extinct.
  I do have a new policy for which I have not been sent the card.
  They can't even call the ins co and verify the information. They hang up
  on me when I call. I really can't deal with this office staff. On my
  other policy they told me it was used up, and forgot that they used
  it up, and I had credit with them. The dentist is good but he needs
  a new staff
