  The Villages/Reserve at Ellis Crossings has been a nice place to live. The amenities are great and are always clean. They have a very spacious pool area along with a nice pet spa for those pet owners. The staff are really attentive, especially Rownies. She is pretty awesome!
  
  The apartment itself is really nice - hardwood/carpet flooring, granite tops, soft-closing cabinets, and a very spacious floor plan! However, you may hear your neighbors at time to time but what do you expect when you're living so close? Maintenance is very quick on responding too. So do expect your request to be completed on the same day or at the latest the next day.
  
  One thing I hope to see from the management is to reinforce background checks for potential new residents to help keep the community safe, clean, and professional. Also, I would like to see a stronger enforcement on pet owners picking up after their dogs. It is a really pet friendly complex, however, dog owners tend to not pick up after their dogs. Lastly, enforcement on keeping the community clean would be a plus too!
