    If there were 10 Stars,that's what they would get! EXCELLENT service,highly knowledgeable and honest! Arrived quickly after I called for help,Larry and Chris turned my disaster into a great fix and enjoyable,they are very friendly,know what they are doing,and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call again when needed! :) I have their number on my refrigerator now,ready for when I need help again. Most HIGHLY Recommend Progressive Service Company to everyone! TY Larry and Chris!! :)

    I would like to start off by saying I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years, and because of that I was aware of how wonderful they customer service skills were. They were some of the nicest, most polite people I have talked to. Then the timing was great they solved the issue quickly. Out of a scale from one to 10 I would give this company an 11, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked me.
