  I went today to return a pair of tights that were originally bought for a dance performance, but were never used or opened. I looked at my receipt for the return policy and it states:
  “We will gladly accept returns and exchanges only with unopened packages accompanied with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Note that returns on seasonal merchandise items (e.g. such as Christmas, Easter, and Halloween items, including costumes) may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday, unopened with a receipt only.”
  When I went into the store (only 11 days later) I waited for a few minutes and then one of the employees said that they will not take returns for “body wear.”
  I asked if this was true for a package that was never opened and mentioned that according to the receipt which I had in my hand that that was not specified.
  Needless to say I left the store with the unused and unopened tights, I just hope that this store/business would better specify these specific rules, this is what causes the customers to be dissatisfied and not wish to shop at this location. I’m very displeased, but I’m not going to go yelling at anyone just doing their job over $7. I just wish that information given to the customer was correct and upheld.
