  Always had a good experience with Lilly until I purchased a Christmas gift for my wife this year. I paid for the gift wrapping, and it came in a plain box instead. It had the free gift, so you know the wrapping request had been received. I opened the plain box in front of my wife and she almost saw what I bought her. I emailed customer service that day asking what they could do to help me, and never heard back. Was disappointed in this.
