  Whether or not you will like Libby's depends on what you are looking for in a salon. If you just want your hair to look good when you leave, then this salon is fine. But if you want a professional environment too, then you may want to look elsewhere. The customer service was lacking and she takes frequent breaks to go upstairs in her house or tend to her personal business. So, you may take 4 hours which is common in many salons--but not when there is only one other person in the shop.
