  I don't go to the gym. And I certainly don't lift weights, never mind kettlebells. Except....this place is fun! The workouts never get boring, the programming is intelligently designed, and the coaches give valuable cues and individualized support. And yes, there are kettlebells. Lots of kettlebells. I've never gotten this strong, this fast, while having such a good time.

  Fellow Large Men: This is the place for you. Can't touch your toes? Stuck on the ground after having to lay down to get to the cookware that your wife insists on storing at the back of the lowest cabinet? Wary of injuries and having flashbacks to the terrible "Reached for the Cheetos too Quickly" incident of 2004? Check this place out. They will set you straight.
