  My husband and I have been taking our cars to J & R since moving to Raleigh in 2008. You will not find a more honest and caring team! Each time I bring my car in, there is always a full explanation of the issues and honest suggestions and not someone trying to rip me off with overly priced parts/service. The owners make you feel like a valued customer every time you walk into their office and never let you feel like you're just money walking through the door. You never get the feeling that you're being deceived and that is always important when dealing with mechanics and repair shops. I would suggest to any and everyone I know to take their vehicles here for anything from inspections to full service because you won't find a nicer, more trustworthy group of people! Their mechanics are great, efficient, and will even educate you on how to prevent future damages and how to prolong the life of your vehicle, sometimes referring you to places that have cheaper (but effective) products than what they may have for you. Overall, it's a great place and we will continue to take our cars there so long as we live in the area!
