  Called them to discuss a bill i currently have in collections. Tried to explain my financial situation the individual working kept talking over me resorted to name calling and threats. The call ended and i tried again requesting to speak to someone else who would speak to me like i am a human being and was denied that and hung up on. I will never give these individuals anything and will be filing a complaint about them with the BBB as well as the individuals who sent my bill to these very unprofessional people. Posting reviews everywhere possible as well because no one should be demeaned by this company as i was today. Read other reviews online these people are well known for "missing payments" as well.
