  This physician lacks inability to decipher between facts and lies. He nearly caused me to have a heart attack. He prescribed a medication doubling the strength. Over a period of two weeks I was experiencing chest pains, rapid heart beat and shortness of breath. Ended up having to see a cardiologist. Luckily it dawned on me that the high dosage was causing my symptoms. The office manager presents vast discourse among the staff (nurses and physicians). Her ability to control the office scene, along with influencing Torrey makes for a very poor practice. Torrey lacks professionalism. There are nurses and some of the physicians who exemplify professionalism, empathy for their patients. I do NOT recommend Dr. Torrey. While under this offices care there was a violation of hipaa in regards to my medical records.
