  This is one of the most disorganized and disrespectful stores I've had to deal with. When calling in about a particular product, I was assured that it was available and that it would be available for me when I came in. I was able to arrive as the store less than 10 minutes from the time of my phone call. When I arrived, I looked for the man I spoke to on the phone however when I was unable to locate him spoke to a person at the service desk who acted like she was oblivious to anything I was saying. She directed me to another worker when couldn't tell me anything either other than trying to sell me something cheaper (I wanted large quantity of a specific brand which was why I called ahead in the first place, if I'd wanted the other brand I would have just picked it up off the shelf). No one seems to know what is going on and don't really care to investigate something when I came in. If customer service is the most important attribute of this company then this store definitely missed the mark.
