    Use Croasdaile Listing Agents with Caution
    You need to be very careful using this branch. I suffered financial harm by using them and have filed both an Ethic's and Real Estate Commission's complaint. Realtors (when acting as Buyer's agent) must be knowledgeable about the property they are presenting and be able to reference market data when asked about a property's value. On three occasions I saw FM Croasdaile fail at this.
    in my own case, the agent sold me a home that I later learned was 15K over market, this while having a damaged front yard, outdated appliances and worn carpeting. On a separate open house event in another city, I brought to the FM Croasdaile agent's attention that the air filters were missing and that the floor boards were warped. The agent replied that furnaces work better w/out filters (no, they don't) and that the flooring was cosmetic only (the lone buyer went on to back out because of high radon levels). And yet another Croasdaile listing agent tried to pass a house off as 'top of the market' when it had mold in the washing machine, siding that was pulling away from the sheathing and signs of wood rot.
    These people do NOT understand the industry they are in, and you WILL suffer harm by using them. Go elsewhere.
