  My mother and her friend in their late 60s, drove for over an hour to get to their appointment. They ran into traffic and call the office to advise she was running 10 minutes late. They advised her that she had to wait because she was late. She had to wait from 10:30am to 1pm for another appointment. The appointment last less than 30 minutes. She has been a customer since 2007 felt surprised at the reaction of the staff.

  This is absolutely the worst company i have ever had to deal with in my life. Rude, non professional, and an absolute migraine to deal with.
