  Daniel B. Shepherd-Banigan, MD is an Arrogant Physician with Zero compassion. He rushes patients and doesn't care about what they have to say to him in regards to their health concerns. Duke has really gone downhill in selecting terrible employees and patient satisfaction. It's all just about how fast they can run patients through the door to get as much money daily as possible.

  The support staff were lovely. The MD treating me did not make eye contact, appeared annoyed at having to be at work that day, and did very little in offering suggestions of how to manage my current symptoms. I do not recommend this place for new patients as it is a large, impersonal atmoshpere. I will not be returning here for future appointments.
