  I work for a Psychotherapeutic Services Company where the consumers are homeless or at risk of being homeless. One of our consumer's had a disability appointment, of which he was going to be a little late (by no fault of his own). BOTH the doctor and receptionist were not friendly and/or accommodating, regardless of me trying to give them notice of his late arrival. If you do not want to deal with people, stay home.
