  I'm shocked to see so many positive reviews. This was not the experience I had when I visited Dr Ramos' office. As a new patient, I called to schedule an appointment and a couple days later they called back to cancel and reschedule. I had to play phone tag with the receptionist, no one answered when I called multiple times. When I did go to the visit, Dr Ramos spent an hour telling me how horrible I was at oral care and how terrible of shape my teeth were in. I freely told her and her staff I hadn't been to the dentist in a number of years out of fear of visiting a new practice that was unpleasant. I didn't expect a perfect review or no cavities. Maybe the accusatory approach works with some people but I need constructive criticism. My teeth weren't cleaned on the first visit, and I couldn't bring myself to go back. I'm glad this isn't everyone's experience but I've been warning people against visiting this office if they're looking to feel cared for at an organized practice.
