  We are living at Altera North Pointe Apartments since 4 years now. Out of all the neighborhoods (12 to 15) that I saw in this area, I liked only Altera North Pointe. It is a very green, clean and pleasant environment in the neighborhood. The interior of my apartment is very well organized, convenient and lively. The bedroom, living area, and, kitchen are very spacious.
  This is a gated community and has strict parking rules that were applied recently. The neighborhood is very well maintained throughout the year. The management is very prompt in responding to maintenance requests.
  I would 100% recommend this apartment complex to all my friends!!
