  The place that made fast casual a thing is still the best in the game. The fact that everything is prepared fresh in the back shows in the end product. Everything taste like a delicious home made meal, if you actually knew what you were doing in the kitchen. They also have a extremely high standard for their foods, and that sort of company morals seems in short supply in many of thier competition.
  
  ... I just wish they would join the no straws movement!
