  I rented the large storage unit from Cardinal Storage last month and was told I had access to a moving truck to assist with moving items into my storage unit. I ended up not using the storage unit or the truck due to circumstances outside of my control, but had paid for the unit for an entire month (through Aug 22). A friend of mine is renting at the same location and they had additional items to move to their unit, but when I asked the company if they would be willing to allow us the use of the truck to move items into her unit instead of my unit that I had paid for. I was informed that the truck was not available, that it was not included, that the truck was not 'at will', and that the availability for use of the truck was only for moving in within the first two weeks past the signature of the contract.
  
  Even when I explained the situation, that I had rented a unit and had never used the truck, I was still informed that it was not possible and that no alternative could be provided.
  
  I would not rent storage from them in the future and I will be sure to recommend to everyone to not use Cardinal Storage in the future.
