  Ordered a wopper with cheese meal.
  Took 5 minutes to place order from being on hold at the menu speaker.
  Got to the window and recieved my drink and took my money and was told I will be a minute. Shut the window. I waited 10 minutes as I kept trying to knock on the window. Herd somebody in the back say is he waiting for something and the lady that gave me my drink said no. But I'll check. She said do need something? I said I didn't receive my wopper with cheese or my fries. She said oh I'm sorry. Left and shut the door. Looked like she was trying to find the food. About 2 minutes went by opened the door then asked. Did you order a wopper jr and some other things.... don't recall exactly but I said no wopper with cheese. She then turned around and another person said what does he need? She replied I don't know. Walked off. Then the other lady walked to the window and she handed me a bag with a wopper with cheese and fries. And apologized. I checked the bag and it was right. So I left. Got to work and it was smashed. I will NEVER go to this place again.
  Total time took 25 minutes for a #1 with cheese. And a root beer.
