  We purchased a 4-wheeler for my son on a Monday. He rode in the parking lot and did not ride again until the weekend. When he rode it on that Saturday, the back brakes would not engage, the store was closed and according to their business card, their hours are 7 days a week 9am to 6pm. We called to see if we could bring it in and no answer, tried Sunday and no answer. We finally got hold of someone on Tuesday and she assured us they would be there until 6PM... we get there at 5:25 and as soon as we walk in the door, she tells us she is closing. I tell her we just drove 40 minutes to get there and we wanted to see about trading the 4 wheeler for a larger one, understanding we would need to pay the difference... she tells us that:
  
  1. although we paid $650, she would only give us $500 credit... it has only been operated 3 times since the purchase a week ago
  2. the tires were not showroom clean and that is why she was deducting $150 credit
  3. even if we wanted to trade it, we would have to come back another day because she was closing and would not stay and help us
  
  This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced... there was already a slight language barrier, but for her to be so hasty and rush us out of the store, while it was supposed to still be during their operating hours, was so unacceptable. We will never give them our business again and I would highly recommend against this place.
