  My lash appointment was amazing. The woman who did my eyelashes was a superb woman who really took the time to making them look perfect just the way I wanted.
  
  That being said, the manager who came in, interrupted, trying to rush my lash lady, was very rude. I did not appreciate the fact that I was being rushed when I would hope my first experience as a new customer would live up to the exceptions of the great reviews of this studio. Though, I understand there are other appointments and clients who need attention, however, the lady could have came in with a better attitude and asked if everything was alright, or even asked me, the new client, how I was doing or if I needed anything. Like I said, I was a new customer, my eyes were extremely sensitive to the eyelash fumes, and the burning under-eye padding, so more time was needed to ensure the safety of my eyes and the outcome of my extensions. A simple discussion could have been talked about to avoid the unnecessary attitude and abruptness in getting things finished at a faster pace. It upsets me that, after the fact that I was being rushed because there was an appointment waiting for my lady, when we finished, the appointment was given to someone else. Disrespectful. To me, and my lash specialist.
  
  Though, I am excited to see my lady again, I hope we are not rudely interrupted or rushed through my appointment next time by the manager, now knowing about my sensitivities that may set back some time in the appointment. All this to say, I have 100% recommended this place to all my friends, a few of them are sure to come by, I will only recommend they see Lyra as she exceeded my expectations in doing her best job. Thanks so much Lyra!

  I have used several of the ladies and have found Loren to be very good. She's not a master or whatever it's called. She's still very capable. If you have the money to see one of the masters, I would do that. They finish the lashes in half the time. Either way, I would recommend this studio.
