  I had a wonderful experience at Mr. Tire. When I got off of work I realized one of my tires was going flat. Mr. Tire is close to my job so I took my car there. I told them I was going on vacation soon so if they noticed anything besides the tire needing repair to let me know. Not only did I need a new tire but my car was out of line and I needed a new shock pad...I think that's what he called it lol. The employee showed me the uneven wear on my tires and the broken shock pad so I knew they were being straight forward with me. I had worked a 12 hour shift and I had to work another one that night. They had an employee drive me to my house so I could rest while they worked on my car. They also drove me to pick my car up. They gave me excellent customer service. I'm so glad I went to Mr. Tire because now I can go on vacation without worrying about having any car trouble.
